Елімізде дизайн саласындағы білім беру қызметтеріне қажеттіліктерінің жоғарылауы, оның ішінде қазіргі заманғы талаптарға сәйкес келетін кәсіби құзыреттілікті меңгерген дизайн саласындағы кәсіптк білім беру педагогтарына әлеуметтік сұраныстың артуы дизайн саласындағы кәсіптік оқыту педагогтарын даярлау мәселесінің өзектілігі болып табылады. Кез келген жүйеде білім беру процесі мазмұнның, мақсаттарының және технологиялардың, олардың объектілерінің, құралдарының бірлігі ретінде көрініс табады. Білім беру процесінің сапасы оқу-әдістемелік, ғылыми-әдістемелік, педагогикалық технологиялар және т.б. қамтамасыз ету негізінде қалыптасады.
Білім беру жүйесінің құзыреттілік тәсіліне бағдарлануы, дизайн саласындағы кәсіптік оқыту педагогын даярлаудың тиімділігі мен сапасын арттыруды қамтамасыз ететін жағдайларды жетілдіру қажеттілігі, дизайн саласындағы кәсіптік оқыту педагогына қойылатын талаптарды түсіну және нақтылауды талап етеді. Мақаладағы зерттеудің мақсаты дизайн саласындағы кәсіптік оқыту педагогінің көркемдік-жобалық құзыреттілігін қалыптастырудың құрылымдық-мазмұндық моделін теориялық негіздей отырып, оның пәндік құрамын білдіретін дизайн саласындағы кәсіптік оқыту педагогының қызметінің көркемдік-жобалық аспектісін қарастырылады.
