The article provides an objective assessment of the factors that determine the formation of Mirzhakip Dulatuly's life path and public political activity, personality phenomenon as a teacher and journalist.
At the beginning of the 20th century, due to the internal and external conditions of the Russian Empire, the formation of the representatives of the Alash movement in the path of independence in the Kazakh society and the goals set forth by them are comprehensively analyzed. At the same time, the contribution of Mirzhakip Dulatuly to the revival of the Alash movement, the political and educational activity of the Kazakh people in the path of independence , organization of the struggle against the Russian Empire in the path of Kazakh independence, it was proved that he was the "leader of the nation" who prepared the draft of the Kazakh state's first ancestral law.
At the beginning of the 20th century, Alash intellectuals Alikhan, Akhmet and Mirzhakip, national leaders, in order to open up the eyes of the Kazakhs, the importance of their political activities in opening the first democratic Kazakh newspaper, "Kazakh", as well as the prerequisites for the creation of the Kazakh state, Mirzhakip Dulatuly's "Alash" party and "Alash- State service to establish the Orda government is considered. At the same time, the analysis of the position of the Kazakh military system in order to preserve the peace of the Kazakh people. Mirzhakip Dulatuly created the "Commission to save the starving" against the famine that occurred in the Kazakh society in the first half of the 20th century, and his deep work in saving the Kazakhs from starvation is studied.
