Abstract

This scientific article examines the concept of Turkism, a special direction in the spiritual quest of Kazakh intellectuals of the early 20th century, through the poems of M. Zhumabayev, using historical and psychological research methods. During the study, the political, cultural, and social conditions that contributed to the formation of the poet's idea of ​​Turkism are classified, and historical and ideological features are identified. The reflection of the ideas of historical roots, spiritual integrity, and cultural unity of the Turkic peoples in Magzhan's work, their role in strengthening the idea of ​​national consciousness, historical memory, and freedom, is clearly analyzed. The article analyzes the spiritual world and creative thinking of the poet's personality on the basis of the historical and social context, based on the basic principles of historical psychology. M. Zhumabayev's concept of Turkism is considered as a historical and philosophical phenomenon that reflects the memory, spiritual unity, and national psychology of the Kazakh people and forms the ideological and cognitive core of the entire Turkic civilization. The idea of ​​Turkic unity in the poetry of M. Zhumabayev was analyzed on the basis of a historical-psychological concept that reflects not only ethnic unity, but also civilizational and cultural harmony. The analysis of the principles of Turkic unity in the poet's heritage from a historical-psychological perspective revealed the national unity, spiritual unity, cultural revival, and ideological continuity of the modern Turkic peoples and paved the way for their scientific analysis.
